1. Business & Service Scope

Book Publishers Prime is an independent self-publishing assistance and service provider. We offer manuscript editing, interior formatting, cover design, ghostwriting support, graphic illustration, and file preparation for independent author uploading.

Non-Affiliation Disclaimer: Book Publishers Prime is an independent entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, IngramSpark, or any traditional publishing house.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All production services delivered by Book Publishers Prime are conducted on a "work-for-hire" basis.

• 100% Client Ownership: You retain full rights, title, and 100% copyright ownership of your original manuscript, completed drafts, graphics, and production files upon full payment.

• 100% Royalties: Because you publish using your own independent author distribution accounts, all sales royalties from retail platforms (such as Amazon KDP or IngramSpark) belong exclusively to you. Book Publishers Prime claims 0% of your sales earnings.

3. Revisions & Satisfaction Policy

We provide reasonable revisions to ensure your final files align with the initial project scope and specifications provided at the time of ordering. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of file delivery and must remain within the scope of the original project agreement.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Before Work Commences: If a client requests project cancellation before our editorial or design team has initiated work, a full refund will be issued, minus standard third-party payment processing merchant fees.

• In-Progress Projects: Once project work, editorial review, or custom design has commenced, refunds are evaluated based on the proportion of work completed up to the cancellation request date.

• Delivered Files: Due to the custom digital nature of manuscript editing and formatting, refunds are not issued once completed, approved source files have been delivered to the client.

5. Performance & Results Disclaimer

Book Publishers Prime provides professional manuscript preparation and formatting services. We do not guarantee commercial success, sales volumes, search ranking placement, or best-seller status. Market success depends entirely on independent reader demand, book content, and author marketing efforts.
